All WSLP Contests are open to any/all WSLP listeners who are U.S. residents living or working in the WSLP listening area unless otherwise specified by WSLP.

Only one qualifier or winner per family or household per contest.  The decision of WSLP is final.

Individuals may participate in any contest on behalf of another individual at the sole discretion of WSLP management.  Prizes cannot be substituted or transferred.

Employees of North Country Radio, Inc.; its advertising agencies; participating advertisers and businesses; their affiliates, representatives; other media (radio, TV, cable, newspaper); and their families or households are ineligible to enter/win any contest(s) held in conjunction with WSLP Radio.

Winners must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise stated; winner must sign affidavit/contest rules/w9 tax form/waiver before receiving prize.

Participants may participate in WSLP contests only if they have not won a WSLP contest in the past 30 days.

If a WSLP contest involves filling out an entry blank at a participating business, then only one entry per person, per business location, will be allowed.  Multiple entries from one individual at any single location will result in disqualification of all entries from that individual.

All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of prize acceptance, that WSLP has the right to publicize and/or broadcast his/her name, character, likeness, voice, or all matters incidental herein. 

All contest statutes and provisions of New York State and the U.S. Federal Government, including Federal Communications Commission restrictions, apply to all contests.  All contest entries become the property of North Country Radio, Inc. 

It is the sole responsibility of any winner receiving cash or prizes during any calendar year to file appropriate tax forms with the IRS and pay any related taxes due on their winnings.  Winners agree that they are responsible for any/all taxes incurred on prizes received from WSLP.

All prizes are non transferable, and void where prohibited by law.
